What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal/company checks and money orders. The vast majority of our customers pay by credit card, which is billed on a month-to-month basis.
   
What are the conditions if I want to pay by check?
Because of the extra labor involved in processing paper payments, we require that payment by check be made at a minimum of three-month intervals. There is a $5 invoice charge each time you are invoiced for payment by check (we will waive this fee if you pre-pay a year at a time). We accept checks from US customers only. New orders indicating payment by check are not processed until the check is received.
   
Is my credit card information secure?
Absolutely. Your order is placed on our SSL secure server, encrypting the data stream between your computer and ours. Your credit card and other information is downloaded to our office (again via SSL encryption) and stored on a computer which is not Internet accessible. We take the security of your data very seriously, and want to assure you that our ordering and accounting systems are set up to be as safe and secure as technically possible.
   
How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?
The charge will appear as: INTELLIGENTWEBSITES.COM
    
Can I place an order over the phone?
We require that all orders be placed via our online order form. If you would prefer to give us your credit card information over the phone, simply indicate this in the Special Instructions section of the order form and specify "Paying by Check/MO" in the payment section. After submitting your order and receiving your order number, call our toll-free number with your credit card information.
   
Can I upgrade/downgrade my hosting plan after I order?
Yes, you can switch to a different hosting plan at any time. There are no surcharges for upgrading or downgrading your account.
   
How do I cancel my hosting account?
Contact our support department for information on how to cancel your account. There are no penalties or fees for canceling your account; simply cancel before your next billing date, and there will be no further charges.
   
Do you offer Microsoft Windows 2000 or NT hosting?
We do not offer Windows 2000- or Windows NT-based hosting at this time.
